Preparation of the job of analogue printing and die cutting takes much time than digital. any-JET II is a 100% digital in-line printer that combines a digital printer and a laser die cutter, therefore, the preparation time for work is very short and no flexible die is required.

Additionally, multiple jobs that has different shapes can be finished in one run of job by using Auto job change over function. The machine brings up cutting line information automatically by reading QR code that located side of substrate.

The below graph shows the comparison of production lead time of each jobs when use any-JET II and semi digital inline machine. When producing 1-2 designs in large quantities, the semi-digital inline is advantageous, but when producing 4 or more in small quantity, 100% digital inline is much beneficial.

Plus, digital laser cutter has multiple cutting functions and  can cut various materials such as strong adhesive labels, reflective film.
