Real Use of ANY-002 and ANY-JET II for Label and Pouch Printing

At Sunchang Agricultural Technology Center

In our previous post, we introduced how the Sunchang Agricultural Technology Center implemented ANYTRON’s digital printing systems—the ANY-002 LED toner printer and the ANY-JET II inline press—to help local food producers create custom labels and flexible pouches on demand.

In this follow-up, we show how the Center is using these systems in their real-world packaging workflow, especially for small-batch food products like Minari Juice.

What You’ll See in the Video

This video showcases the complete pouch production process for a local product, Minari Juice, using digital printing and sealing equipment available at the Center:

  • The ANY-002 LED toner printer prints full-color pouch media on-site.

  • A sealing machine seals the printed emdia into finished pouches.

  • The ANY-JET II inline system prints roll-to-roll labels and pouch media, integrating multiple post-processing steps.

All of these steps take place within the HACCP-certified Sunchang Agricultural Processing Facility, which is designed to support small-batch food packaging production on demand.

How It’s Used at the Center

At the Sunchang Agricultural Technology Center, staff and local producers use these machines daily to create packaging for real food products, including Minari Juice.

As shown in the video:

  • The team prints pouch film using the ANY-002 directly on-site.

  • Then, they seal the pouch using a sealing machine.

  • Additionally, they use the ANY-JET II inline press to produce roll-to-roll pouch media with laser finishing and lamination.

Thanks to this digital setup, the Center can handle seasonal products, test batches, and limited runs without relying on outside printers or large minimum order quantities.
