The ANY-JET II Plus 2025 is our latest fully digital inline label press combining printing, laminating, and laser finishing in a single compact unit.
With its built-in conveyor module, it supports both roll-to-roll and roll-to-piece workflows while reducing overall footprint—ideal for flexible, on-demand production.

The new version includes AIMS (Automatic Inline Management Software) for automatic job sorting, nesting, and contour generation. Alongside Auto Job Change (AJC) and Auto Speed Change (ASC), it streamlines the workflow from file preparation to finished output with minimal setup.
Importantly, Auto Control Position (ACP) is camera-based, providing vision-assisted registration and cut alignment to maintain quality and consistency during laser finishing.

Why It Matters

Balancing flexibility and efficiency is a constant challenge. By integrating printing and finishing inline, the ANY-JET II Plus 2025 cuts manual handling and changeovers, reduces waste, and lightens operator workload.
