Every product needs its own label. Colors, instructions, warning statements, barcodes, container sizes, and language versions may all vary from one SKU to another.
In-house digital label printing gives automotive care manufacturers another option: print the right design, in the quantity needed, when production is ready.

Automotive care product label printing covers labels used on products for cleaning, maintaining, detailing, and protecting vehicles.
These products are available in many container sizes, from small trigger-spray bottles to large gallon containers. Their labels must present the brand clearly while keeping directions, safety information, volume, and barcodes readable. Because automotive care brands often manage many products in different quantities, digital printing is particularly useful for this category.

ANY-002 is an 8-inch digital LED toner printer designed for on-demand label and flexible packaging production. Its maximum printing width of 209 mm makes it suitable for a range of automotive care packaging, including larger car wash and detailing product labels.
Automotive care labels often contain detailed information in addition to the main product name and graphics. This may include directions, safety warnings, product features, barcodes, QR codes, volume, and manufacturer information.
The 600 × 1200 dpi LED toner engine produces sharp text, detailed graphics, and consistent full-color output. Because toner is fused to the media, the output is dry immediately after printing and offers strong resistance to ordinary smearing.
To check the print durability of ANY-002 toner output, we exposed printed samples to three substances and rubbed the printed areas to check for smearing.
In this test, the ANY-002 output showed no visible smearing after exposure. The printed text, symbols, and barcode remained readable.
Test note: This video demonstrates the smear resistance of ANY-002 toner output under the test conditions shown. It is not a universal waterproof or chemical-resistance certification. Final performance depends on the media, adhesive, finishing, container, exposure time, and actual product formulation.
Not automatically. A printer alone cannot make every label waterproof. Final label performance depends on the complete construction:
The selected label should be tested with the actual container and product before making a waterproof or chemical-resistant claim.
ANY-002 supports paper and certified synthetic media, including PP and PET. The right choice depends on how the finished product will be stored, handled, and used.

The adhesive is just as important as the face material. It must be compatible with the actual bottle, especially when labels are applied to HDPE, curved, textured, or flexible containers.
Continuous media can be printed first and cut into its final shape using separate finishing equipment. It provides greater flexibility when label sizes or shapes change frequently.
Gap and black mark sensors position the artwork within each pre-cut label. This can simplify production when several products use the same standard label shape.
