One of the benefits of using any-JETII is the machine can be utilized both labels and flexible packaging printing. Not only printing, but also laser scoring can be done in one run.  Also, it is engineered for fast production speeds and high-quality images. This all-in-one machine is designed to have all functions such as over-laminate, laser die cutting, matrix remove and slitting that are needed when produce labels.

Comparing to other inline digital printing

If it’s not 100% digital inline, then offline knife die cutter equipment needs to be installed twice, and if the blade gets dull, you need to constantly replace it.

Why not use a rotary die cutter even though it is connected inline? It saves time without two installations, but there’s the additional cost of consumables because it requires producing a new flexible die every time. In addition, if the design or paper is changed, you can’t use the old die and must order a new one.

However, you can print to cut with a single roll installation because any-JET II is a 100% digital inline system with a combination of digital printers and digital laser cutters. Its lasers are the greatest advantage, because you don’t need die-making for cutting.
