“Since the ANY-JET II was installed, we’ve had more opportunities to use the Processing Center. It’s helpful for producing smaller quantities on our own schedule.”

Digital Printing Support for Small-Scale Farmers

The Sunchang Agricultural Technology Center recently launched a Startup Academy to support young farmers and small producers in improving their packaging and branding. A key highlight of the program was the installation of the ANY-JET II digital label and pouch press at the Center’s HACCP-certified Agricultural Processing Facility.

During the live demonstration, attendees saw how pouches for Minari Juice and Sweet Jelly were printed directly on-site using the ANY-JET II. This hands-on experience showed how small farms can take control of their custom label and pouch printing, without relying on large-scale commercial printers.

Addressing Packaging Barriers with ANY-JET II

Many local farmers face challenges when it comes to product packaging—especially when dealing with small quantities or seasonal items. High minimum order volumes, limited design flexibility, and long lead times often restrict branding efforts.

With the introduction of the ANY-JET II, the Processing Center now offers:

  • Short-run pouch and label production
  • Custom design options, including shape and quantity
  • In-house printing that reduces outsourcing and cost

These features help producers respond more quickly to market needs and reduce waste, especially for niche or prototype products.

A New Model for Local Agricultural Innovation

Sunchang is the first local government in Korea to implement a roll-to-roll digital pouch production system tailored for agriculture. This move reflects a broader commitment to supporting rural communities with practical, scalable solutions.

One participant shared their feedback:

“Since the ANY-JET II was installed, we’ve had more opportunities to use the Processing Center. It’s helpful for producing smaller quantities on our own schedule.”

The system is expected to help farmers improve packaging quality and explore new product lines with greater confidence.

Making Custom Pouch Printing More Accessible

By offering custom label and pouch printing for local farmers, the Sunchang Agricultural Technology Center is removing barriers to entry and creating space for innovation. ANYTRON is proud to support this initiative with technology that fits the real needs of agricultural communities—helping producers move from field to market more effectively.
