Tamerlan Marketing MCHJ is a growing agricultural production and food processing company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. With increasing demand for processed food products, the company recently established a new 20,000 sqm production facility designed to support scalable manufacturing and packaging operations.
As part of this expansion, processed food packaging labels and packaging efficiency became a strategic priority. In particular, the company recognized the importance of maintaining consistent quality and flexibility in processed food packaging labels, which play a critical role in product identification, compliance, and brand presentation.
Tamerlan Marketing MCHJ operates across multiple stages of the agricultural value chain, from raw material sourcing to food processing and final packaging. As the company introduced more product variations, label requirements became increasingly complex.
Previously, all processed food packaging labels and pouches were produced by external suppliers. While this approach initially supported growth, it gradually revealed operational limitations as production volumes and product diversity increased.
Pain Point: Challenges with Outsourced processed food packaging labels
Relying on third-party vendors for label production created several operational inefficiencies. First, long lead times limited the company’s ability to respond quickly to changes in packaging design, regulatory updates, or market-specific requirements.
In addition, minimum order quantities often resulted in excess inventory or unnecessary reprints. Coordinating production schedules between multiple suppliers also increased administrative workload and introduced the risk of delays. Moreover, ensuring consistent print quality across different vendors proved to be an ongoing challenge.
As a result, outsourced label printing became a constraint rather than a support for the company’s expanding processed food operations.
