ANYTRON 2025 Year in Review

ANYTRON 2025 Year in Review

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re looking back at a year defined by product updates, geographic expansion, and meaningful industry engagement. Here’s what shaped our year.

1. New Equipment Launches: Customer Convenience and Automation

This year we released four major product updates, all focused on making label production easier to operate and more automated.

In March, we launched the renewed ANY-JET III. The update focused on reducing manual intervention through better automation.

Key improvements:

  • Enhanced hot-folder functionality for seamless web-to-print integration
  • Automatic tension control for stable material handling
  • Automatic cutting speed detection for optimized precision
  • Pneumatic lift supporting rolls up to 600mm diameter
  • Minimum job length reduced to 25mm

The goal was straightforward: help converters handle high-mix, short-run orders with minimal setup while addressing labor shortages.

AIMS – Workflow Automation Software

In April, we introduced AIMS (Automatic Inline Management Software), designed to automate repetitive prepress tasks.

What AIMS does:

  • Hot Folder & Job Management – Automatically organizes incoming design files
  • Auto Nesting – Arranges label designs for maximum material efficiency
  • Auto Contouring – Generates cutting paths even when cut lines are missing
  • File Preprocessing – Inserts black marks and QR codes automatically

AIMS works with ANY-JET seris but can also operate standalone for other digital workflows.

ANY-JET II Plus 2025 – Renewed with Compact Flexibility

August brought the renewed ANY-JET II Plus, redesigned for better space efficiency and operational flexibility.

Key updates:

  • Integrated conveyor design reducing overall footprint
  • Tool-less switching between roll-to-roll and roll-to-part production
  • Camera-based auto speed control for consistent laser cutting precision
  • Optional AIMS integration for enhanced workflow automation

This model addresses the needs of converters with limited floor space who still require full inline finishing capability.

ANY-CUT I – Fully Upgraded and Relaunched

In October, we relaunched the ANY-CUT I—a product line that had been discontinued. The 2025 version was completely rebuilt from the ground up.

What’s new:

  • Compact footprint suitable for small production environments
  • Digital laser cutting eliminating die costs and setup time
  • Integrated workflow: lamination, cutting, and matrix removal in one pass
  • Designed as an accessible entry point into digital finishing

The ANY-CUT I 2025 brings professional-grade finishing capabilities to converters making their first step into digital production.

2. Geographic Expansion: Peru, Rumania, and more.

2025 marked ANYTRON’s entry into new markets, with successful installations demonstrating real production improvements.

Peru-Logotex

Logotex, one of Peru’s leading label converters with over 40 years of experience, integrated ANY-CUT III to address increasing demand for complex customization and reduce production bottlenecks.

Challenges before implementation:

  • Growing demand for intricate, multi-layered label designs
  • Extended production times affecting customer satisfaction
  • High material waste from traditional cutting methods

Results after ANY-CUT III installation:

  • Production time reduced by approximately 30%
  • Complete elimination of die costs
  • Significant reduction in material waste
  • Increased agility in responding to custom orders

Romania-LTHD Corporation

LTHD Corporation, established over 30 years ago in Timișoara, provides custom labeling solutions for electronics, automotive, medical, and aerospace industries.

Challenges before implementation:

  • Outdated equipment causing frequent downtime
  • Limited flexibility for short-run and custom orders
  • Difficulty processing specialty materials including 3M VHB tape

Results after ANY-CUT III installation:

  • Dramatically simplified operations
  • Increased production flexibility and productivity
  • Efficient cutting of specialized substrates previously difficult to handle
  • Improved overall customer satisfaction

3. Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into 2026, our focus remains on expanding support infrastructure and developing solutions based on customer feedback.

1

New Partnerships for Expanded Market Coverage

We’re establishing partnerships with new distributors in several regions to provide:

  • Faster local service response
  • Technical support in local languages
  • Improved parts availability
  • Shorter lead times for installation and training

The objective is to deliver the same level of support in new markets that our established regions currently receive.

2

Customer-Driven Development

Throughout 2024 and 2025, we collected extensive feedback from installations worldwide. This input is now directly shaping our 2026 roadmap.

Common themes from customer feedback:

  • Request for better integration with existing workflow systems
  • Need for simplified maintenance procedures
  • Interest in handling wider substrate variety
  • Demand for faster job changeover capabilities

We’re addressing these needs, though specifics aren’t ready to share yet. What we can say: expect solutions that work with your existing setup rather than requiring complete operational overhauls.

The approach is different from what we’ve done before—less about adding features to existing equipment, more about rethinking how the entire workflow functions.

3

Commitment to Service

As our install base grows globally, we’re investing in:

  • Additional regional service centers
  • Enhanced remote diagnostic capabilities
  • Expanded technician training programs
  • Improved documentation and support resources

The goal is straightforward: when issues occur, resolve them faster.

The conversations we had this year—at exhibitions, during installations, through support calls—shaped our understanding of where the industry is moving. Smaller batch sizes, faster turnarounds, tighter margins, and the constant pressure to do more with less. These aren’t just trends; they’re the daily reality for most converters.

As we close out the year, we’re grateful to everyone who took time to share feedback, attend demonstrations, or simply discuss production challenges openly. Those conversations matter more than you might think—they directly influence what we build next.

Looking Ahead to 2026

We’re focused on the basics: better support in more places, solutions that integrate with what you already have, and continued development based on what you’ve told us you actually need.
